Hello and welcome to the RTF 2025 Community Management Team! You're leading the largest team (16+ people) and coordinating all community-facing activities.

- Team Size: 16+ people across multiple sub-teams
- Critical Deadline: June 15, 11:59 PM EST (Co-host videos)
- Event Dates: June 19-21, 2025
Your Role Details:
- Team: Community (Lead)
- Reports To: Events Lead, Esnueil
- Special Responsibilities: Judge coordination, co-host management, Discord oversight
Your Teams:
Pre-recorded Co-hosts (8 people):
bigmommyalexa, Chochy, Faroh, FaunAndGames, Nixuss, Omnistruck, Pink_Umbrella, Rosannatxt
- Need: 20-second videos by June 15th deadline
- Content: Name, handle, track excitement, "Creating Because" statement
Judges (4 people):
CyberJoules, JessRappaport, SocksTheWolf, ChelseaBytes
- Need: Scoring rubric briefing and meeting
- Timeline: Briefing by June 20th
Discord Moderators (3 people):
lunarii_vt, mokaboba, SwtBeat
- Need: Coverage schedule for June 19-21
- Coverage: 3-4 hour shifts each during event
Transform the following tasks into Todoist tickets:
Video Tracking Spreadsheet Columns:
- Co-host Name
- Video Received (Y/N)
- Date Received
- Video Duration (must be ≤20 seconds)
- Technical Issues
- Follow-up Needed
- Status (Complete/Pending/Problem)
Judging Coordination:
- Create judge packet with 1-5 scoring rubric
- Schedule judges meeting for June 20th
- Ensure scoring deadline compliance
- Handle scoring conflicts/ties
Your Timeline:
- TODAY: Create video tracking spreadsheet
- By June 15: Chase all co-host videos
- By June 17: Confirm Discord mod schedules
- June 20: Judges briefing meeting
