This onboarding system is designed to get you productive immediately while providing ongoing reference materials throughout the event.

This guide is a living document, as RTF grows as needs change this documented will be updated to provide answer for present day event operations.
 

How This Documentation Works

Step 1: Find Your Role
  • Locate your specific welcome pack in the left nav
  • Read through your entire pack thoroughly
  • Note your key dates and deadlines
Step 2: Connect With Your Team
  • Join the appropriate Discord channels
  • Introduce yourself to your team members
  • Set up Todoist access for task management
Step 3: Complete Onboarding Tasks
  • Follow the onboarding checklist in your pack
  • Ask questions in appropriate support channels
  • Confirm completion with your team lead
Step 4: Stay Connected
  • Check Todoist daily for updates
  • Monitor Discord for real-time coordination
  • Refer back to this documentation as needed
